Q: How do I consign with Naomi Market?

A: Consigning with us is easy! Simply gather your old outdoor gear and apparel, bring it into our shop, and set up a consignor portal. After that, sit back, relax, and watch the money roll in!


Q: How long does the consignment process take?

A: It takes approximately 5 minutes to set up your consignment. Once done, our team takes care of selling your items for you and you can track the process online on your portal.


Q: How much do I earn from consigning my items?

A: Our consignment scale ensures fair payouts. For items under $300, it's a 60/40 split (60% to you, 40% to the store). For $300+ it's a 70/30 split. (Opting for in-store credit increases the percentage by 10%.)


Q: When do you do payouts?

A: We do consignor payouts once a month at the beginning of each month.


Q: What happens if my items don't sell?

A: After 90 days, we reserve the right to discount unsold items until they sell or reach 120 days. After 120 days, we may request pickup. If items aren't retrieved within 10 days without communication, we reserve the right to possess them.


Q: What kind of items do you accept?

A: We accept any gear or apparel for outdoor sports, including camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, backpacking, and more. Any and all gear should be presented in a clean & working state.


Q: What's next for Naomi Market?

A: We will be expanding our services! Once settled with our gear and apparel consignment, we'll be launching outdoor equipment rentals. Additionally, stay tuned for our soft goods repair department, focusing on everyday fixes like rips, tears, zippers, buttons, and more.
