4. Payouts, ranging from 60-70%, will be processed on a monthly basis, with notifications sent to consignors.

5. Consignors will be informed of sales, discounts, or other relevant updates through their consignor portal on the Naomi Market website.

6. Unsold items may be discounted after 90 days, and Naomi Market may request pickup after 120 days. If items are not retrieved within 10 days without communication, Naomi Market reserves the right to possess them.

7. Naomi Market assumes no liability for theft, loss, or destruction of items.

8. Consignors agree to an exclusivity period during which items cannot be listed or sold elsewhere.

9. Photo and Talent Release Statement:

I agree to let Naomi Market use photos, videos, or audio content of myself and my consigned items for marketing on social media, their website, printed materials, or other platforms deemed necessary by Naomi Market.

10. Privacy Statement:
