I understand and agree to the following terms for consigning items with Naomi Market:

1. Naomi Market reserves the right to accept items based on relevance, cleanliness, and functionality.

2. Consigned items must be in good condition, free from damage, stains, or excessive wear.

3. Naomi Market will determine sale prices, with consideration for consignor input and negotiation.

4. Payouts, ranging from 60-70%, will be processed on a monthly basis, with notifications sent to consignor portals. Checks cut will be voided and not reissued after 180 days.

5. Consignors will be informed of sales, discounts, or other relevant updates through their consignor portal on the Naomi Market website.

6. Items will be discounted 20% after 90 days, 40% after 120 and 60% after 150 Marking the end of the contract. You will have a 30 day grace period to pick up items, after which 180 days marks the expiration of said item. If items are not retrieved by this point Naomi Market reserves the right to possess them and discount them until sold or donate them.

7. Naomi Market assumes no liability for theft, loss, or destruction of items.

8. Consignors agree to an exclusivity period during which items cannot be listed or sold elsewhere.

9. Photo and Talent Release Statement:

I agree to let Naomi Market use photos, videos, or audio content of myself and my consigned items for marketing on social media, their website, printed materials, or other platforms deemed necessary by Naomi Market.

10. Privacy Statement:

I agree to the collection of personal data by Naomi Market. And Understand that we will never sell or disclose your personal information to any third party. This commitment applies universally across all our services.
